After completing the immigration and customs procedures, you will be transferred to your hotel. Once settled in, you can either rest or take a leisurely stroll around the vibrant streets of Thamel. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner and brief introduction to the trekking itinerary, and meet your guide who will accompany you throughout your journey.
Today, you will enjoy a full-day sightseeing tour in Kathmandu. Start with a visit to Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple), offering panoramic views of the Kathmandu Valley. Next, head to the Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest and most sacred stupas in Nepal. Afterward, visit Pashupatinath Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage site and a sacred Hindu pilgrimage site. Your final stop is the historic Kathmandu Durbar Square, with its ancient temples and architecture. After the tour, you will have time to explore Kathmandu's markets and shops before preparing for your flight to Pokhara the following day.
In the morning, you’ll catch a domestic flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara, a picturesque city nestled by the Phewa Lake and surrounded by stunning Himalayan peaks. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel. Spend the rest of the day relaxing, enjoying the serene lake views, or exploring the vibrant lakeside area, where you can shop for local handicrafts or enjoy a lakeside meal.
After breakfast, your adventure begins with a scenic drive from Pokhara to Nayapul, which takes about 1.5 hours. From Nayapul, you will start your trek towards Ulleri, a small village perched on the hillsides. The walk today is moderate, passing through terraced fields, traditional villages, and lush forests. After a steady climb, you will reach Ulleri, where you’ll spend the night in a local teahouse, surrounded by spectacular mountain views.
Today’s trek takes you from Ulleri to Ghorepani, a famous stop along the Annapurna Circuit. The trail winds through dense rhododendron forests, offering glimpses of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain ranges. You’ll pass through a number of villages, where you’ll have the chance to interact with friendly locals and learn about their culture. Today, you will wake up early for a sunrise hike to Poonhill (3,210 meters), one of the most popular viewpoints in the region. The panoramic view from Poonhill is absolutely spectacular, with sweeping views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges, including peaks like Annapurna I, Dhaulagiri, Machapuchare, and others. After soaking in the stunning sunrise, you will return to Ghorepani for breakfast before continuing your trek towards Tadapani. The trail from Ghorepani to Tadapani passes through beautiful rhododendron forests and offers glimpses of the towering mountains as you descend. You will reach Tadapani in the afternoon and spend the night there in a local teahouse.
Today’s trek is relatively short and takes you from Tadapani to the picturesque village of Ghandruk (1,940 meters), which is one of the largest Gurung villages in the region. The trail descends through the forested hills, and as you approach Ghandruk, you’ll be rewarded with magnificent views of Machapuchare (Fishtail Peak) and the surrounding Annapurna range. In Ghandruk, you can explore the traditional stone houses and interact with the friendly Gurung people. The village is also home to the Gurung Museum, where you can learn about the rich cultural heritage of the Gurung people. where you’ll catch a private vehicle that will take you back to Pokhara. The drive offers beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Upon reaching Pokhara, you will check into your hotel and have the rest of the day free to relax or explore more of the city at your leisure.
This morning, you will take a domestic flight from Pokhara to Chitwan, home to the world-renowned Chitwan National Park. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your lodge, where you’ll have lunch before heading out for an afternoon safari activity. Your first taste of the jungle will likely be a boat ride along the Rapti River, where you can spot wildlife such as crocodiles and various bird species. In the evening, you’ll be treated to a cultural program, such as a Tharu dance performance, before retiring for the night at your lodge.
Today is a full day of adventure in Chitwan National Park. You will embark on a thrilling jeep safari to explore the park’s rich wildlife, including the elusive Bengal tiger, one-horned rhinoceros, wild boars, and various species of birds. You’ll also have the opportunity to visit the Elephant Breeding Center and learn about the park’s conservation efforts. After an exciting day of wildlife viewing, return to your lodge to relax and enjoy a delicious dinner.
After an early breakfast, you will take a morning flight from Chitwan back to Kathmandu. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel or directly to the airport, depending on your flight schedule. If you have time before your departure, you can explore some final sights in Kathmandu or shop for souvenirs. Evening we will have a farewell dinner in a Nepali Typical Cultural Restaurant.
