Please carefully review the following terms and conditions before booking a trip with us. These terms are effective from the date you make your reservation with us.
A copy of your passport and a 20% deposit of the total trip cost must be provided at the time of booking. The 20% deposit is non-refundable once the payment has been made. This deposit will be treated as a cancellation fee if you cancel the trip after confirming the booking.
The remaining balance of the trip must be paid before your arrival in Kathmandu, or on arrival, depending on your destination.

Note: A 4 % processing fee will be added to the total payment for credit card transactions.
We accept last-minute bookings for Nepal trips up to 3 days before the departure date.
If you are unable to travel on the scheduled dates, please notify us in writing.
If your trip is postponed due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., COVID-19 restrictions), you can reschedule your trip without any additional charges. You can choose new dates based on your convenience, and we will make the necessary arrangements.
The 20% deposit you pay at the time of booking is non-refundable and will be retained as a cancellation fee if you cancel your trip after confirmation.
If you have paid more than the deposit, the 20% deposit will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded to you via the original payment method.
Luxury Escape Nepaloperates in strict accordance with the tourism regulations of Nepal. However, we cannot be held responsible for changes or cancellations due to unforeseeable circumstances such as:
We are not responsible for any refunds in the case of an incomplete tour, trek, or expedition due to reasons attributable to the client.
In the event of natural disasters, war, or other unforeseen circumstances that force the cancellation of your trip, we will arrange an alternative trip for you. While your original trip may be altered, we ensure that your payment will not be lost.

Please note that flight delays or cancellations are common in remote areas of Nepal, especially during adverse weather conditions. This is particularly true for regions like Everest, Annapurna, Dolpo, Simikot, and Jumla. We advise carrying extra funds to cover additional expenses for accommodation, meals, or any other unforeseen costs during flight delays. Luxury Escape Nepal is not responsible for any extra costs incurred due to flight delays or cancellations.
If you engage in any illegal activity or behavior that necessitates your removal from the country, Luxury Escape Nepal will not be liable for any refunds, nor for any costs related to your expulsion from the country.
